In AI for Analysts, we use the analyst lifecycle as our starting point and show you how AI can support you at each stage: processing input faster, adding structure, developing deliverables, and testing solutions. The course focuses on hands-on workflows and relatable use cases, so you can immediately apply the approach to your daily projects.
In this course you will:

- learn to accelerate documentation and modelling tasks, including user stories, UML diagrams, and code-to-documentation worflows.

The self-study moments are quite diverse. Sometimes you will be expected to take an online course between live sessions. In other modules, you might have to prepare a small assignment that you will then cover with the lecturer during the next live session.

In this module, you will gain a clear overview of the most important AI capabilities for analysts. We cover how AI can perceive, understand, analyze, and generate information, and how these capabilities come together in practical applications such as copilots and integrated workflows. In this module, you will learn the fundamentals of using AI mindfully as an analyst. We cover how prompting influences your output, how to choose the right model for different tasks, and how AI fits within the analyst lifecycle. The focus is on practical decision-making and consistent application in your day-to-day work. - Core Analyst tasks enhanced by AI.
In this module, we apply AI to the core of an analyst’s work, starting from the analyst lifecycle. We show how AI supports the collection and processing of input from interviews, workshops, and documentation—for example by transcribing conversations, summarizing them, and clustering insights. You will see how AI helps to create user stories and models (including sequence diagrams, use case diagrams, and ArchiMate) more quickly and consistently, and how existing systems or code can be transformed into understandable documentation.
Training method
This course is a blended learning course. That means you go through a combination of self-study moments and live sessions. This balance between theory and practice ensures that at the end of the course, you not only have the knowledge, but above all the skills!

At the end of the course session, the participant receives a 'Certificate of Completion'.
