Business Process Management

Intended for

This course is designed for professionals, involved in a process management or process improvement context. Ex: business managers, process owners, business analysts, business architects, process managers, and project leaders.

Background

Awareness of business processes and a touch of modelling skills (see Business process modelling training).

Training method

The course approach is typically a combination of project experiences and best practices, based on solid theoretical background knowledge. The courses combines an interesting set of techniques with a number of exercises in order to illustrate the added value of the subject.

Objectives

This is an advanced course on the continuous alignment of effective and efficient business processes with the strategic objectives of your organization .

Students will:

  • Understand what Business Process Management is and how it may be useful in your organization
  • Know how to setup and manage the BPM context/methodology to apply BPM in your organization
  • Learn how to bring BPM into practice, and to continuously improve your processes, including change management principles
  • Learn to setup tooling, methodology and resources for BPM
  • Get to know the most common BPM techniques in today's market
