Objectives

This training is designed to introduce IBM Cognos 10 Business Insight and how it can be used to create a very attractive analytical dashboard environment for yourself or for your fellow knowledge workers. You will practice on relational as well as on OLAP data models using the IBM Cognos 10 Business Analytics platform.

In this course you will learn to:

  • Understand the difference between Business Insight and Connection.
  • Assemble your own interactive dashboards.
  • Reuse Cognos standard reports and lift them to a higher level of usability with Business Insight.
