Experience in a project is necessary.
Classroom training with some interactive exercises. During the training, an example-project is used. Between the first 2 days and the last day, the attendees get an assignment in order to prepare for the last day.
Stevense Professional Trainers.
2 days, followed by a 3rd day after approximately 4 weeks.
You have (some) experience in projectmanagement or you have worked in projects before. You have noticed that the results could have been better after all. This training makes you aware of ways to improve that performance. You make use of your own experience, and you also learn from projects that have run earlier without or with success by others.
In this training the connection between the human and the organizational aspects of projectmanagement is made. Just a planning or a budget is not good enough to successfully finish a project. Also the necessary capacity, forming a team, risk assessment, etc. are important aspects.
After this training, the attendee knows how to form a project in order to reach the agreed goal. The attendee is also capable of taking the actions that are needed to lead the projectteam into the right path.
