This 3-day course takes traditional BPM beyond local process optimization (lean, six-sigmaaaaaac9 ), towards end-to-end process innovation. It teaches the continuous alignment of business processes with the strategic objectives of the organization, as well as the translation of the business strategy to projects and day-to-day operations. Next to processes, the art of 'business architecture' introduces information-, product-, and organizational aspects in order to facilitate decision making, governance, scoping and change management across the enterprise.
