The standard way of working is becoming more and more "working in projects". This requires a different attitude of projectmembers. In this training, it becomes clear for a projectmember how a project is managed, which consequences this has for the way the projectmember works, and how the best results can be achieved. The attendee also learns how to spot traps in a project, and how these can be avoided.
