En pratiqueInscriptions An important aspect of your daily work in an ICT organisation is leading projects. Your experience is that, despite your knowledge and experience of project management, ICT projects do not always proceed as expected. You require a goal-oriented project management methodology, that takes account of the continually changing circumstances concerning a project. You are looking to further your knowledge and application of the PRINCE2 methodology.
You have a minimum of 4 years' work experience, of which 2 years have been as project leader. During these 2 years, you have gained wide experience of leading a project. You have knowledge of working in a project-oriented way and have ready knowledge of PRINCE2 at Foundation level; the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate is required to follow this course (cf. course PRINCE2® v2009 Foundation (with exam)).
Class teaching. Extensive use is made of scenario-based project assignments. The assignments serve the purpose of deepening the essential PRINCE2 concepts. There are both group and individual assignments. Participants will also be offered an opportunity of role-playing in different project settings.
