We typically try to focus on two areas of expertise - 'technical' IT projects and 'organisational' projects, focusing on the implementation of a training function and on knowledge management. Although different in nature and scope, the purpose is identical: to make sure different employees with different backgrounds work together to achieve specific targets. Our knowledge of project management, our practical IT background and our didactic/motivational skills are key factors of our success!
Knowledge transfer is typically part of any project as well - explicitly, through formal courses organised as part of that project; or implicitly through a formal presentation at the end of the project!
