Education and coaching

ABIS is offering its IT knowledge under different forms: instructor-led classroom instruction, individual training, coaching, .... Each form has its own characteristics and advantages, but also its own challenges.

The following table gives an overview of the different training methods and their characteristics and challenges. It is up to you to make the best choice, based on you specific situation.

Cases and exercises.

Instructors have to invest extra time and resources on company-specific requests and issues.

Individual training.

Just-in-time means extra time and/or investments (e.g. based on company specific needs).

Coaching.

= training on the job!

  • A combination of knowledge transfer - company needs - time management!
  • Transfer of knowledge, based on specific company needs!

Consultants need an extensive technical background. No structured approach; participant-driven.

Self-study.

= an excellent solution for an urgent requirement.

Limited coaching.
