Objectives

Agile is a development methodology focussing on delivering the highest possible value in as little time as possible. This is achieved through short iterations and in close collaboration between customer and developer. The project team plays an important role in making everyone involved responsible.

Agile has already proven its value within large companies such as Google, and also in Europe it is becoming popular.

Based on practical experience with this methodology, the course will give an answer to the following questions:
