ITIL V2 service management exam preparation

Intended for

Students preparing for the Service Manager certification.

Background

Having followed the proper courses (see ITIL V2 service support and ITIL V2 service delivery).

Training method

The first day comprises two three-hour examinations taken under closed book conditions. The morning covers the Service Support syllabus, the afternoon Service Delivery.

Exam questions are marked overnight and used as part of the basis for the second day.

The second day consists of a series of short lectures and group discussions inter-worked with corrections to the exam questions.

Course leader

ISTYA (ITIL accredited by ISEB or EXIN).

2 days.
